Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

Orders are fulfilled and produced through one of my merchant fulfillment vendors: Printful, Printify, or Merchize. Once they have been fulfilled, they are mailed/shipped out directly from the manufacturing facility.

Fulfillment timelines

Printful:          It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order for shipping.

Printify:           The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted. Merchize:       Merchize is able to produce custom print on demand products in 2-6 business days.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In general, items should be received within the following timelines:

Printful:          Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination, howver it generally takes between It takes 5-11 business days from fulfillment to receive your order.

Printify:           Shipping within the Continental USA will take approximately 2 – 5 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Merchize:       Merchize products should be received within 4-7 business days after products fulfillment.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are out of our control.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Fortis Fidei ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Fortis Fidei is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

Fortis Fidei is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and then contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
