I AM: The Two Most Powerful Words You’ll Ever Speak
Words matter. Words matter a LOT. And no words matter more than the ones that follow “I am” – because those words don’t just describe who we are, they help CREATE who we become. That’s why this “I AM” design features those powerful words at the center, surrounded by words every child (and honestly, every adult) deserves to hear and believe about themselves: brave, fierce, kind, smart, strong.
We’ve all caught ourselves in moments of negative self-talk. “I’m so stupid” after making a mistake or “I’m not good enough” when facing a challenge. We all do this sometimes – it’s part of being human. But what if we started being as intentional about our positive “I am” statements as we are careless with the negative ones? This is especially crucial for our little ones who are building their internal narratives from the very beginning.
It’s not about empty praise or false confidence – it’s about truth. Every child IS brave in their own way. Every child DOES have fierceness inside them. Every child possesses kindness, intelligence, and strength, though these qualities might manifest differently from child to child. I designed this to literally surround our kids with these powerful affirmations. Think about how different our world might be if we all grew up with these words embedded in our consciousness instead of the limiting beliefs many of us had to unlearn as adults.
